Recruiter Job Description
Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Recruiter where you will play a crucial role in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting top talent for our organization. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the acquisition of qualified candidates who align with our company culture and values.
Duties:
- Utilize PeopleSoft and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process - Conduct employee evaluations to assess skills and qualifications - Effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders - Collaborate with Paychex for payroll-related activities - Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution - Implement HR sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates - Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability - Utilize HR Information Systems (HRIS) for data management and reporting - Contribute to training and development initiatives within the organization
Experience:
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in utilizing PeopleSoft, ATS, and HRIS systems - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders - Experience in employee evaluation processes - Proficiency in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment - Knowledge of Paychex or similar payroll systems - Understanding of employee relations principles - Familiarity with HR sourcing strategies
