Handle Multiple accounts to ensure that client's business issues and information needs are effectively met through well-executed research that provides value-added insights and analysis. Ensure IPSOS becomes an entrenched value added supplier with major clients. Utilize various research techniques and methodologies to meet customer expectations and generate revenue. Ensure revenue, operating income are met.
Active involvement in account management with a focus on developing existing client relationships and new relationships through responding to invitations to pitch.
Develop specific knowledge of relevant markets and shares it with others
Apply sound marketing research principles to client work
Manage gross margin and profitability targets on projects
Demonstrate knowledge of and actively support the factors contributing to the achievement of commercial success within the company
Run client briefing meetings
Gather and prepare costs, provide input on pricing decisions
Design/draft more complex pitches/proposals
Manage complex project plans
Manage preparation of Analysis Plan
Manage the writing/setting up complex questionnaires
Manage operations/project management and contractor relationships effectively
Apply appropriate sampling techniques and weighting
Use and be advocate for the appropriate quality procedures on projects.
Create presentations/reports focused on insights and stories from data
Make sound recommendation from data
Deliver client presentations
Lead team project reviews
Responsible for ensuring project learnings are shared
Provide project guidance, support and coaching to junior team members.
Manage resources/workloads on projects effectively
Guide the performance development of junior team members
Offer support for team members ideas and proposals.
Identify and promptly tackles morale issues of team members.
Recognize team member efforts through Performance Review and Appraisal and provide justified recommendation for career and personality growth.
