Your Role: As a Research Associate, you will:
Research- Develop project plans and conduct research to analyze key industry players and trends
- Synthesize information to present complex topics in a clear, understandable way
- Use tools like Claude.ai to speed up the report-writing process
- Prepare data for analysis and client presentations
- Collaborate with senior team members to create and edit written reports, including drafting vendor profiles, creating charts and tables, and managing publication timelines
Consulting- Scope and map out project timelines
- Stage and edit deliverables, incorporating reference materials and client documents
- Attend client meetings and take high-quality notes when possible
- Assist senior team members in meeting project deadlines by managing progress and making mid-course corrections
Events- Coordinate with the Marketing and Events team on event promotion, registration, and meeting materials
What You Need:Non-negotiables- Bacheloru0027s degree
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Proficiency in AI tools like Claude.ai
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong project management skills: ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and manage deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects
- Fluent in oral and written English
Preferred skills/expertise- Experience in a professional services environment (management consulting, business research, or advisory)
- Interest or experience in the financial services or insurance industry
