Research:
- Develop project plans
- Conduct research to collect, analyze, and evaluate facts on key industry players and trends
- Analyze and synthesize information and write clear prose to present complex topics understandably
- Proficiency in the ability to use tools like Claude.ai to speed the report-writing process
- Prepare the data output for data analysis and client presentations
- Work with senior team members to create and edit written reports, including:
- Staging report in template
- Sending, tracking, receiving, and checking RFIs (Request for Information) sent to vendors
- Drafting vendor profiles from publicly available information or from RFIs
- Creating charts and tables
- Managing publication timelines and submissions
Consulting
- Effectively scope and map out project timelines
- Stage and edit deliverables, adding information from reference materials, discovery, and client documents wherever possible
- When possible, attend discovery and other meetings with clients and take high-quality notes
- Make appropriate mid-course corrections and manage senior team members to hit project deadlines
Events
- As needed, coordinate with the Marketing and Events team on event promotion, invites/outreach, registration, and meeting materials
Qualifications:
Non-negotiables- Willing to work onsite
- 1 -3 years work experience in a professional services environment (management consulting/business research/advisory
- Bachelor's degree required
- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Well-versed in AI tools such as Claude.ai
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Excellent project management skills: ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and successfully manage deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Preferred skills- Experience with research in a business context (preferred)
- Interest/experience in the financial services industry
- History of excellence in academics, personal and vocational achievements
