New Product Development, Modification and Re-engineering of Menu.
- Assists in the development of new and existing items for modification or re-engineering
Assist in validating and testing recipes for standardization- Responsible for technical documentation
Assists in scaling up recipes for catering and B2B
- Assist in the development of standard procedures and methodology for new items.
Assists in developing standard operating procedure for menu launch from testing to implementation.
