Job Qualifications:
Graduate of B.S Food Technology, Chemistry, and other related courses.
Previous work experience in product development preferred at least 2 years.
Computer literate
With good written and oral communication skills
Diligent and hardworking
Willing to work in Metro Manila or nearby Marikina areas
Job Description:
Provide leadership to ensure functions and services are successfully delivered through subordinate staff
Perform annual performance evaluations of staff
Adhere to Food Safety and Quality Management System and Laboratory Management System policies and procedures
Work with Technical Manager on product development and product/process improvement
Work with Technical Manager on outlining basic and technical sensory evaluation program
Train and supervise R&D staff on product development, process improvement and sensory evaluation program.
