RESPONSIBILITIES:- To conduct analyses of all locally manufactured products based in standard specifications.
To check the raw materials such as specified raw materials weight and quality prior to production use.- To check the personnel hygiene of the operators before entering production.
To conduct periodically sampling and laboratory analyses of all locally manufactured products.
- To check the labels and packaging material to be used prior to transfer to warehouse with corresponding transfer slip form.
To release Certificate Analysis, technical information/specification sheet to R&D personnel in completion to customer sample request.- To conduct weekly cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) and ensures that it is met.
Assist in the execution of annual Asia Food Exhibit in preparation and design and support R&D presentation.
- Participates in accreditation program such as BFAD, Halal and other clients.
Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe required of from time to time by the immediate superior/department and/or the management.
