Excellent communication skills (both oral and written application)
Conducts sensory evaluation and functional properties of food;- Conduct of basic and applied research towards development and/or improvement of the safety and quality of food products;
Develops and monitors new product development and testing
- Conducts product validation and process product approval
Formulate client's product sample requests- Develops product enhancement opportunities and perform research for new food product innovation
