Job Description
Manage execution of product ideas from conceptual state to market.
Conducts formal review of new products and ingredients to determine scientific viability and applications.
Design or assist in design of the new products for innovation
Work with operation to develop new processes and procedures.
Supervise sampling and inspection of raw products, ingredients and finished goods.
Ensures that the product development efforts are compatible and beneficial to the manufacturing capabilities.
Establishes and monitor the projects pipeline, review and prioritizing system for R&D Department.
Effectively administer food safety and quality management system.
Manage the department's database of ingredients/supplier information and ensure records are maintained in an appropriate manner.
Update & provide complete documentations of raw material, process & finished goods to ensure accurate execution by production/ QA.
Maintains confidentiality of information.
