DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Accomplishes project requests from Sales department.
Provides technical support in relation to new and existing products (e.g. product application, troubleshooting, shelf-life study, sensory evaluation etc.)- Conducts product presentation to Sales and customers
Participates in product ideation and market trend analysis
- Develops concepts and prototype recipes using new and existing products
Communicates technical concerns and project updates to suppliers
Graduate of BS Food Science or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years product specialization in meat, sauces, snacks and seasonings
Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Can work under minimal supervision
Can follow instructions effectively
