About the role

As a Research and Development Staff at Foodflow Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and enhancing the quality and safety of our food products. This full-time position is based in Sucat, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, and offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation in the field of food technology and safety.

• What you'll be doing

Conduct research and development activities to improve existing products and develop new innovative food solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges

Perform comprehensive product testing and quality assurance procedures

• Analyse and interpret research data to inform product development decisions

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in food technology and safety

• Document and communicate research findings to key stakeholders

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's food production processes

• What we're looking for

Relevant degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field

• Proven experience in research and development within the food industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and conducting scientific experiments

Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
