Helps to develop, and improve food products while ensuring to meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include laboratory Analysis, Laboratory Scales of the Products, Kitchen testing, trial runs, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of new food products from concept to commercialization. This includes formulating recipes, conducting sensory evaluations, and optimizing production processes.
Conducts the basic Laboratory Analysis. This includes of using a pH Meter, water activity, %salt, and %titratable Acidity.- Tests new products in the laboratory.
Performs product Laboratory scales up to trial runs and Kitchen tests.
- Documentation of data analysis from your shelf-life monitoring and the like.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the laboratory for safety measures and to prevent contamination of the product.
Strong knowledge of food science and processing fundamentals.- Demonstrates accuracy in every data analysis of the products.
Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment for food analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
