The R&D Specialist is responsible in performing product development from product concept up to product commercialization. It includes the development of the new product, product reformulation, and improvement, development of product extensions or new SKU/s of an existing product, in-house material development, and process development of an existing product for new equipment and process design. Also, in charge of developing and modifying products through testing and experimentation of different raw materials or by-products. The position is also responsible for supervising product batch standardization, conducting shelf-life studies, and handling special projects/research.
Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or equivalent
Considerable years of relevant/similar work experience in a Food Manufacturing set-up. Experience in the Dry Mixes, Sauces & Dressings line is an advantage.
