Job Description

Overview

Responsible for creating / designing / developing, innovating, costing baked products ( bread, cakes, pastry and the like).

Provides technical assistance to the producing lines to ensure that products are consistently replicated according to the specifications and food safety practices.
  • Job Description
New Product Development, Modification and Re-engineering of Menu.
  • Assists in the development of new and existing items for modification or re-engineering
Assist in validating and testing recipes for standardization
  • Responsible for technical documentation
Assist in the development of standard procedures and methodology for new items.
  • Assists in developing standard operating procedure for menu launch from testing to implementation.
  • Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Technology
  • At least 2 years working experience in the preparation and designed of baked products
Required languages(s): English, Filipino
  • Required Skill(s): Product Development, Costing, Recipe creation, Menu Creation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per day
