OverviewResponsible for creating / designing / developing, innovating, costing baked products ( bread, cakes, pastry and the like).
Provides technical assistance to the producing lines to ensure that products are consistently replicated according to the specifications and food safety practices.
New Product Development, Modification and Re-engineering of Menu.
- Assists in the development of new and existing items for modification or re-engineering
Assist in validating and testing recipes for standardization- Responsible for technical documentation
Assist in the development of standard procedures and methodology for new items.
- Assists in developing standard operating procedure for menu launch from testing to implementation.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Technology- At least 2 years working experience in the preparation and designed of baked products
Required languages(s): English, Filipino- Required Skill(s): Product Development, Costing, Recipe creation, Menu Creation
