Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering / Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Information Technology / Computer Engineering
With at least two (2) years of experience as Research and Development Specialist in the engineering field or in the same capacity, preferably from a service delivery (BPO/Shared Service) setting
