) Provide support on R&D projects in close collaboration with Marketing, Procurement, Packaging, Product Development & QC/QA
) Develop new innovative marketable products, revise/reformulate existing formulas and break down/ reverse engineer competitive products. Responsibilities include all as all aspects of development from stability to full production scale up.
) Collect technical documents (TDS, MSDS, etc.) from suppliers and other sources for Product Information File (PIF) and registration
) Maintain or create technical/regulatory documentation
Qualifications:
) Graduate of B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field
) Understanding of cosmetic regulations, safety assessments, and quality standards.
) Strong interest in beauty product formulation and development.
