Job Description
- Ensure that the R&D Standard is being adhered to, procedures followed and records are being maintained
Develop and research on technologies and products which would help drive innovation requirements- Conduct raw material ingredient evaluations for quality and cost effectiveness (particularly potential substitute/equivalent ingredients
Ensure that products developed and raw materials used for such products conform to the legal, statutory and religious requirements and meet customer standards
- Ensure that company documents and intellectual property are secured at all times and that company security and confidentiality agreements are adhered to
Document all product and process development in accordance with R&D Standards
