- Data Acquisition and Analysis:
Gather and organize data from diverse sources, including primary and secondary research methods.
- Employ statistical techniques and analytical tools to extract meaningful insights from raw data.
Identify patterns, trends, and correlations to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Research Project Management:
Design and execute research projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.- Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine research questions and methodologies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive research documentation and reports.
- Insight Generation and Communication:
Translate complex research findings into clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards.- Provide actionable recommendations based on research outcomes.

At least 3 years of professional experience in a research or data analysis role.
Proficiency with statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, R, or equivalent.
Strong skills in data visualization, with experience using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
