Research Analyst

  • Role Summary

The Research Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving informed decision-making by conducting comprehensive research, analyzing complex data, and providing actionable insights. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to uncover valuable trends and opportunities, ultimately supporting the organization's strategic objectives.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Data Acquisition and Analysis:
Gather and organize data from diverse sources, including primary and secondary research methods.
  • Employ statistical techniques and analytical tools to extract meaningful insights from raw data.
Identify patterns, trends, and correlations to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Research Project Management:

Design and execute research projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine research questions and methodologies.
Develop and maintain comprehensive research documentation and reports.
  • Insight Generation and Communication:
Translate complex research findings into clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on research outcomes.
Effectively communicate research insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and research methodologies.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.
Contribute to the development of new research approaches and tools.
  • Technical Expertise

At least 3 years of professional experience in a research or data analysis role.

Proficiency with statistical analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, R, or equivalent.

Strong skills in data visualization, with experience using tools like Tableau or Power BI.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
