Research Analyst - Job Description
Candidate must possess a College Degree in Business Administration / Management, Economics or Finance/ Accounting / Banking or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in financial analysis, modeling and interpretation; understanding of and keen interest in the equity markets and other debt instruments.
Preferably with exposure in in industry analysis and ability to interpret macroeconomics indicators and how these affect investment trends.
Can work under pressure, can commit to tight deadlines and with minimal supervision.
Has good command of both oral and written English. Preferably with experience in report writing as well power point presentations to the company's stakeholders.
Knowledgeable in the use of computerized spreadsheets and word processors
Has developed solid skills in conducting research and data gathering and compilation.
Pleasant personality dispositions, good interpersonal and team playing skills.
. At least 2 years meaningful experience in stock brokerage firms, or financial institutions within a research environment.
