Data Collection, Analysis, and Interpretation
- Gather relevant real estate market data from various sources
- Analyze collected data using statistical methods and tools
- Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Report Writing and Presentation
- Assist in preparing comprehensive research reports
- Create visually appealing presentations to communicate findings
- Contribute to the development of client-facing materials
Ad Hoc Tasks
- Support senior team members with various research-related projects
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Assist with other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Interest in real estate markets and trends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python)
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and market dynamics
