Job Description

Job Description:
  • Address ticket backlogs and resolve new ticket concerns within 24-48 hours upon receipt.
Analyze incoming ticket. Cater Human Resource tickets, particularly Compensation and Benefits, HRIS-related inquiries nd transfer non-human Resources tickets to the right department.
  • Qualifications
: College graduate of BSBA-HRDM or any course
  • With 1 yr experience in email support
With knowledge in compensation and benefits

Deployment Location: Chino Roces Ave, Makati City

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Pay: Php20,
  • 00 - Php25,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
Overtime pay
