Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reputation Coordinator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and enhance our company's online reputation by providing excellent customer service, collecting and analysing feedback, and monitoring and responding to reviews on our website and other online platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a customer-centric approach, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for maintaining a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via email or chat.
  • Effectively respond to negative reviews and proactively engage with customers through phone calls.
  • Collect and document customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to address customer issues and implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Monitor and manage reviews and comments on our company website.
  • Respond to both positive and negative reviews professionally and constructively, showcasing our commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer feedback and reviews to inform business decisions.
  • Proactively work to enhance the company's online reputation by encouraging satisfied customers to leave positive reviews.
  • Identify and report any fraudulent or inappropriate reviews or content and take necessary actions.
  • Ensure that all online content aligns with the company's branding and messaging.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Previous experience in customer service, feedback management, or online reputation management is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using online review platforms (Trust Pilot, etc.) and social media.
  • Ability to handle both positive and negative feedback with professionalism and empathy.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
