Job Description
As a Reports and Insight Analyst, you will manage business analysis activities in relation to the client project(s) assigned.
You are responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of gathered business requirements to help determine the correct reporting solutions for our customers. Solutions should be driven by the requirements of the customer.
A good overview of managing customer needs and business requirements, through effective engagement with stakeholders. You should be able to challenge requirements that are not clearly contributing to project objectives.
Key Activities
Understand the reporting needs of internal and client stakeholders to create a fully defined reporting requirement
Evaluates new reporting requests - scoping and assessing business need/value delivered
Scoping and pricing requests that sit outside the scope of services
Prioritizes and ensures delivery of agreed reporting suite and contractual / compliance obligations
Regularly reviews usage of reporting to sunset obsolete reporting
Responsible for working with Analytics SMEs across Page Outsourcing to share and drive best practices around report builds and visualization techniques
Understands the data architecture of Page Outsourcing and the end-client
Can cleanse, manipulate and combine multiple internal and external sources in order to deliver new insights
Works with operational stakeholders to ensure that reporting is used to influence and change program outcomes
Accountable for data quality and handling initiatives and ensuring contractual and regulatory obligations are met
The Successful Applicant
Proficient in Excel or other related reporting tools (i.e PowerBI, Tableau, Etc.)
