The Opportunity
We're looking for a Reports Analyst to join our GBS COO Business Insights & Analytics team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to design and develop metrics, reports, and analyses to drive key business decisions. Moreover, this position will require you to gather and transform data and information from various sources into valuable reports, dashboards, and insights for management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create reports that highlight key metrics and trends and provide analysis on the findings of the report
- Design and develop dashboards that help users understand complex data
- Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, generate reports, and present findings and analysis
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to improve the accuracy and efficiency of assigned reports
- Conduct routine reviews of the assigned reports to ensure the integrity and security of the data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holders with relevant work experience are welcome to apply
- At least 3-4 years of experience in data analysis, business reporting, business intelligence, workforce management, or similar roles, and at least 1-2 years of relevant experience dealing with KPIs of BPOs/shared services industry
- Shift Schedule: Amenability to work on the night or rotating shift (dependent on business needs)
Minimum Skills to Hire/Must Haves:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power Query & VBA Macro) and basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Business Intelligence Tools such as PowerBI, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Tableau, or any other similar tool
- Hands-on experience in collecting, transforming, and compiling raw data and generating useful reports from the raw information
- Demonstrated data storytelling and data visualization skills to create compelling reports with dashboard elements like tables, charts, graphs, heat maps, and data models
- Extensive familiarity with data management concepts and business reporting principles and best practices
- Strong analytical skills to rigorously and effectively examine large quantities of data and derive useful insights from these data sets
