RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1. Leads the gathering, analysis, and inspection of data for the development and implementation of comprehensive business reports. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

a. Periodic Utilization Reports:Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports tracking utilization, overtime, by the hour fees and other billing-related reports.

b. Analytical Reports:Reports on team accuracy, error root cause analysis, and other key performance indicators.

2. Supports the reporting team by leading the migration from Excel to MS Power BI. Develop and maintain insightful dashboards and infographics to drive data-driven decision-making.

3. Coordinates with stakeholders across the organization to understand reporting needs and ensure reports are aligned with business objectives.

4. Identifies and implements process improvements that streamline reporting workflows, leading to increased efficiency and accuracy.

5. Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes and standards.

6. Provide training and support to team members on reporting tools and methodologies.

7. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in reporting and data analysis.

8. Perform other duties as assigned by the Innovation & Analytics Manager.

See if you fit the following requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Finance/Accountancy, or a related field.

2. 5+ years of experience in a reporting or business intelligence role.

3. Proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing high-quality reports and dashboards.

4. Highly proficient in data analysis platforms like Microsoft Excel (including Power Query and DAX), Power BI, and other relevant tools.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify key trends and insights.

6. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques to create clear and compelling infographics for presentations.

7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

8. Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives and streamline reporting workflows.

9. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

10. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

11. Passion for continuous learning and staying current with industry best practices.
