Job Description

Job Overview:

Convey health solutions is looking for a Reporting Analyst who will be responsible for the development, distribution and maintenance of reports requested and required by the Part D Operations team. The Reporting Analyst is expected to work closely with IT and Operations to assess the needs of the team and provide data in an understandable and consistent format.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Operations to identify the information necessary for management of the business including but not limited to work volumes, analyst productivity, analyst performance metrics and client service level agreements
  • Develop reports that convey in an easy to understand manner the specific information requested
  • Coordinate with IT to automate, to the extent possible, the generation of reports and/or the components of reports
  • Distribute scheduled reports to the identified groups with analysis and commentary to identify risk areas
  • Analyze trends in volumes and performance to identify risks and/or areas for improvement
  • Make recommendations for the improvement of data review and/or trend management
  • Prepare reports as requested by management.
  • Display positive demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies.
  • Understand CMS Guidance and ensure that communication is in accordance with CMS Guidance.
  • Ensure HIPAA regulations are maintained within the immediate environment.
  • Documentation is detailed and concise as it pertains to member records.
  • Identifies need for outbound calls for purposes of validating information and addresses and conducts member outreach.
  • Communicate with coworkers, management, staff, customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
  • Respond promptly when replying to correspondence and faxes.
  • Act, dress, and behave in a professional manner to reflect a positive image of the company.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Three to five years experience in generating reports from Microsoft database systems (Access/SQL)

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for compliance with all federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations affecting Company.
  • Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by Company.
  • Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required.
