Job Description:- The individual will perform a variety of functions for all elements of Supply Chain Planning and replenishments related to On-Time Delivery of orders.
Conduct regular connections with the country to provide updates on the order status to support the financial target.- Maintains Finish Goods (FG) inventory stocking plan to support order OTD requirements.
Allocate inventory to open orders.
- Determine & execute recovery plans for critical SKU during shortage events to support back to normal stock level.
Implement improvement projects in line with supply planning and other related processes.- Ensures achievement on KPIs (OTDS, BOL, BOV, etc).
Manage inventory and resupply to countries and Vendors/customers.
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders such as warehouse operation, transport, and commercial team
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor / College Degree in Engineering, Computer Science / IT, or Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specializing in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent job role.- Experience in factory or functional planning in a fast-paced manufacturing industry.
Regional role experience is an advantage.
- Oracle and/or SAP system users is an advantage.
