Perform routine operational checks and repairs work in the maintenance and servicing of all machinery and equipment in the workshop including other properties such as building and other infrastructure.- Inspect, repair, and adjust mechanical parts, electrical, and hydraulic circuity.
Follow a predetermined schedule of preventive maintenance.
- Assist higher level personnel in more complex maintenance, repairs, servicing, and troubleshooting.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.- Read and understand the specifications, drawings, or the work to be done and plan steps to be taken.
Maintain paperwork as necessary.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of Vocational/Technical preferably related in Maintenance of Equipment.
At least more than 5 years of experience in the said field.- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring efficient and effective completion of maintenance tasks.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to address urgent maintenance needs.
