To perform office, stores or various business unit's facility or equipment upkeep and repairs and to keep building, installation and any machine thereat organized, clean and in working order and such Company properties in good and usable condition in accordance with its useful life, primary purpose and within standards as may prescribed by the suppliers or manufacturers. Company Policies and Procedures and/ or by the Restaurant Brand International.
Main Skill: Refrigeration or ACU Technician
- College graduate or equivalent certificate in HVAC, Building Maintenance Technology or
relevant field will be a plus
- Proven experience as Maintenance Technician
- Basic understanding of electrical hydraulic
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Knowledge of basic repair of kitchen equipment
- Working knowledge of tools. common appliances and devices
- Willing to assigned anywhere and at any point of National Capital Region
- Strong problem-solving analytical skills, and demonstrable ability to solutions or
remedies
- Strong teamwork and client service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
- Excellent interpersonal communications skills at all levels; and
- Administratively self-sufficient with demonstrated skills in computer office applications.
