QUALIFICATIONS:- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Building Maintenance.- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reports to Operations Support Manager- In-charge of Facility Management for ILO Land, Stockyard, ILO Builder properties
Responsible in facility repair and maintenance scheduler
- Monitors and sustains 52-week Maintenance Plan
Acts as a Coordinator for contractors/supplier of facility equipment and structure- Acts as a Facility Auditor and Inspector
Responsible in Barracks Management in Stockyard and all project sites
- Acts as Safety Officer, Security coordinator and Auditor
Acts as the person in charge in admin duties in the absence of Admin Accounting Assistant- Performs other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
