Process Pre-Accreditation for possible clients for bidding purposes
Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional assistance on creating sales presentations when needed.
Access accounts (Ariba, D&B and other related sites) for bidding/accreditation.
Assist in preparing contracts and proposals.
Process contracts for signature of President.
Ensuring the safe keeping of contracts from printing, monitoring from signing of clients, our authorized signatory, to notarization.
Providing a copy of the contract to ensure the team can access the document.
Coordinating the sales team by managing the schedule of accounts renewal, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps available digitally and in hard copy form.
Monitoring of sales files such as: request of rates, for signature of President, contract for review of legal, revenue, accounts monitoring, and deliverable.
Collect data/information for the Sales Report and combine it with one presentation every week.
Assists Sales Executes, Officer and Head, for their needed files or concerns.
Monitor team progress, identify shortcomings and proposed improvements.
Act as the customer service contact for clients who have questions about their account or services offer.
Job Qualifications:
BS / Marketing graduate or any 4 years related course
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
Computer literate
Possesses strong leadership and organizational skills
