Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, Business Management or equivalent
- With at least 3-5 years of experience in after sales management
- With strong sense of customer service, good interpersonal skills, excellent persuasion, negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the real estate/property trends and industry is a must
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the collections and billing process for rental accounts
- Calculates monthly, quarterly and annual reports for rental accounts
- Establishes and monitors tenant/s accounts, inquiries and concerns and coordinates internal for resolution
- Manages the rental team directly responsible for buyer's payment evaluations, application of customer payments and collection of accounts receivable
- Coordinates with internal teams and departments to improve collections
- Maintains good relationship and understanding both with internal and external clients
- Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by the department head
