Job Description:In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and evaluating the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the renovation industry particularly in Australia. Your insights will directly influence our development and innovation strategies.
Conduct in-depth research on emerging house renovation techniques, materials, styles, and design trends across various international markets, utilizing diverse sources like industry publications, academic research, online forums, and social media.
- Analyse and evaluate the feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability of different renovation approaches.
Prepare comprehensive research reports to share findings with stakeholders, highlighting key takeaways, actionable recommendations, and potential risks and opportunities for our business.- Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, suppliers, and design professionals.
Vendor/Supplier Management and Coordination
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Proven track record in conducting research and analysis in an international context.
Experience working with international markets.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including cross-cultural communication.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in renovation, construction, or a related industry.
