Renewals Operations Analyst
The Renewals Operations Analyst is responsible for the tasks, projects and audits needed to support and maintain necessary activities, reporting, and compliance within the renewals division. Additional responsibilities include administration of Salesforce.com, reporting tools and advanced analytics to help drive strategy development projects.
Ongoing tasks will include Audits within systems used within the division; Attainment maintenance and reporting; and processing renewal opportunities/cases. The tasks will require use of current agreements on file, salesforce, cadebill, calculator worksheets, sales data captured by the Salesforce application, and thorough analysis and discussions with internal resources. . This position will focus on retaining customers and revenue.
The renewals operations foundational responsibility is to ensure that renewals are tracked and increases are applied as contractually stated; provide process management and documentation; assist with reporting in key renewal areas. This position continuously evolves by utilizing business intelligence discovered through strategic use of analytics in our CRM and other data warehouses.
Participate in projects as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Research customers contracts to determine increase amounts to be applied upon renewals.
- Create opportunities or cases for increases to be supplied to billing for support
- Where required, providing ad-hoc analytical and operational support as is required by the renewals team in areas such as:
- Data management
- Data reconciliation and migration
- Data cleansing
- Data analysis
- Workflow management and administration, primarily in Salesforce, as well as associated operational tools and technologies
- If necessary, producing regular and ad-hoc reports & dashboards using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau or Power BI and Excel or Google sheets.
- Participating in strategic and tactical projects as required.
