- We pay your home internet bill, provide a laptop computer
- Base salary of up to $1,000 USD/month (est. $55,000 PHP)
- Performance-based bonus $1,000 USD/month (est. $55,000 PHP) after 30 day training period
- Work hours are night shift in the Philippines 8AM - 5PM Eastern Time
- Expectation after 30 days of training is ONE CANDIDATE SUBMITAL PER DAY. Anyone daunted by this metric need not apply.
- Previous technical recruiting experience strongly preferred, using tools like LinkedIn and Indeed to search for desired candidates, screening candidates, submitting candidates to clients
- Excellent spoken and written English fluency required
- High energy, good personality and work ethic required
