Position Overview:
We are looking for highly skilled Structural Engineers with at least two years of remote experience working for a US company. Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze structural components and systems for buildings, bridges, and other infrastructure
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using CAD software
- Conduct structural assessments and provide solutions for existing structures
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success
- Perform calculations to ensure the structural integrity of designs
- Review and approve structural shop drawings and submittals
- Monitor construction processes and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering
- At least 2 years of remote work experience with a US-based company
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., Enelcarc, ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro)
- Strong skills in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent understanding of US building codes and standards (IBC, AISC, ACI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
