Our operations are expanding, and we are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Remote SOP Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing, organising, and maintaining our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficiency and consistency across our operations.
- Job Overview: The Remote SOP Administrator will be responsible for reviewing, creating, and updating SOPs across various departments. This role involves collaborating with different teams to document processes accurately and improve operational workflows. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently.
SOP Development and Maintenance:- Review existing SOPs for accuracy, clarity, and completeness.
Create new SOPs based on input from department heads and team members.- Regularly update SOPs to reflect changes in business processes and industry standards.
Collaboration:- Work closely with department heads to understand and document their processes.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather information and feedback on SOPs.- Ensure consistency and alignment of SOPs across different departments.
Documentation and Organization:- Maintain a centralised repository for all SOPs, ensuring easy access and version control.
Organise SOPs in a logical and user-friendly manner.- Implement and manage digital tools for SOP documentation and tracking.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.Experience:
Proven experience in creating and managing SOPs, preferably in a remote work environment. Experience in the co-living or real estate industry is a plus.Skills:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.- Proficiency with Google Suite and SOP management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
