Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Appointment Setter to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and setting appointments for our clients. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:


Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and introduce our products or services.
Set appointments for sales executives with qualified leads and prospects.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using CRM software.
Collaborate with sales team members to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve sales targets.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or appointment setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport over the phone and via email.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Persistence and resilience to handle rejection and overcome objections.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and willingness to meet or exceed targets.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
