About Us:

At Scaled, we specialise in global recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services, helping businesses navigate the complexities of international hiring. We are a brand new startup (1 month old) with the mission of connecting companies with top-tier talent across borders, simplifying the hiring process, and offering tailored solutions to expand teams globally. We are a small, driven team of experienced startup operators, looking to scale fast and take over the (EOR) world!

Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in driving the growth of Scaled by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. Your aim will be to set our CEO up with high quality leads that lead to us signing new clients who decide to hire global talent through our business. You will be paid a significant bonus for every candidate a new client hires through Scaled!

We're looking for future superstars who want to progress quickly! Strong performance in this role will quickly open the door to opportunities. If you are an SDR looking to progress to become an Account Executive within 6-12 months, with a pathway to Head of Sales after that, then this role is for you!

This is an excellent opportunity for a hungry, results driven individual to develop their startup B2B sales career by joining at the ground floor of a rocket ship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through outbound prospecting efforts (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Qualify potential customers and understand their recruitment and Employer of Record needs.
  • Conduct research on prospective clients to tailor outreach and provide a personalised experience.
  • Work closely with the CEO and COO to develop and refine outreach strategies.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients for our CEO to close.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed targets for emails, calls and qualified meetings (estimated at 50 per day for emails and calls and 20 qualified meetings per month following a 3 month ramp period).
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and how Scaled can address client challenges in the global recruitment space.

What we're looking for:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a similar role (SDR, BDR, or related), focused on an English speaking market (UK, US, Canada, Australia).
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly entrepreneurial - our commission scheme is generous and uncapped and we want someone who will be driven by that!
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High energy and full of ideas - you'll be joining a rocket ship at the ground floor. That means we need people who want to shape the way we are going to work.

What would be nice to have:

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Understanding of Employer of Record services or international HR/recruitment is a strong advantage but not required.

$$$ What is the package $$$:

We want hungry, ambitious sales people who are looking for the ability to write their own salary! As a result, we are offering an incredibly competitive uncapped bonus scheme that will disproportionately reward high performers.

We expect the following On Target Earnings (OTE) in years one and two:

  • On target earnings in year 1 of 675,000 PHP (56,250 PHP per month)
  • On target earnings in year 2 of 1,170,000PHP (97,500 PHP per month)

The details of the base salary, bonus scheme and targets are as follows:

  • Base salary of 22,500 PHP per month
  • Bonus of 15,000 PHP per candidate placed with a client signed through a lead you generate
  • Targets of 9 clients secured in year one and 12 in year two.

We know all of this is possible! We have already signed our first client and will be placing 5+ candidates with them over the next two months. If you'd signed that client, that would mean 75,000+ PHP going straight into your bonus!
