We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and help us manage our growing portfolio of projects.
- Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of signage projects. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience in the signage industry or related fields and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Manage and coordinate all phases of signage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, design, permitting, production, and installation.- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and timelines.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Collaborate closely with designers, production teams, sales, and installers to ensure project specifications are met.
Oversee permitting processes, including coordination with local authorities and ensuring compliance with regulations.- Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage resources to ensure projects are completed within financial parameters.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project timelines or quality.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and internal stakeholders, including progress reports and status meetings.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and stored in an organized manner.- Continuously improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in the signage, construction, or manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including proficiency in project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with permitting processes and knowledge of local regulations related to signage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
PMP certification or similar is a plus.
