What we're looking for
BizKit Technologies Inc. is looking for top-notch candidates that can potentially join the team as our next Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between clients, operations and our product team to facilitate specification of business requirements regarding relevant IT Solutions. This is a client-facing role that will be working closely with operations and the product team to specify business processes, analyze requirements and recommend system customizations specific to clients needs. Key roles and responsibilities include:
- Communicate with clients and understand their business requirements
- Perform requirements gathering and documentation
- Come up with appropriate product customizations for clients
- Assist in building the overall design of the product
- Conduct Functional Specification Document (FSD) demonstrations
- Maintain client relationships
Who is the ideal candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, IT or a related field is preferred but not required
- Preferably knowledgeable in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Preferably knowledgeable in business systems and processes such as operations, accounting and payroll
- Exposure to B2B sales and/or customer relationship management is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
