We are an established US-based company looking for remote inside salespeople to join our B2B sales calling efforts. Our Philippine based team has been working alongside American colleagues since 2018 and our leadership team is based out of both the US and Philippines. We have high expectations for our hardworking team and are proud of the multi-year tenure our average inside sales team members have. In this role, you will make outbound cold calls to US-based businesses with the goal of generating interest and scheduling introductory meetings. After paid training, you'll receive a prospect list and be provided with access to web-based calling technology. To be successful in this role, you must be comfortable being pleasantly persistent on the phone and laser-focused on uncovering needs. You will work in a blended team of US and Philippine based colleagues, in a supportive and goal-oriented environment with weekly group calls, bi-weekly one on one trainings, and an approachable leadership. Manage an assigned number of calls in a timely manner
Be very familiar with the talking points and make them your own when handling different topics
Engage prospects and seize opportunities to set meetings
Frequently review updated scripts/talking points to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

2+ years of B2B phone-based inside sales experience required
2+ years of USA-focused B2B cold-calling / meeting setting experience required
Experience working overnight hours required
Fluency in English is required
Articulate and comfortable speaking to decision makers on the phone required
Ability to quickly absorb talking points required
A quiet and uninterrupted working space/environment required
Reliable working computer and computer headset with microphone required
Comfortable downloading and operating software required
Access to fast, reliable WIRED internet for your computer required (not Wi-Fi or mobile)
General availability for 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, between 9 am-5 pm US East Coast business hours
