Job Description:

As a B2B Development Representative at Focused Staffing Group, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying leads, initiating contact through cold calling, and setting appointments for our virtual assistant services. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within the small to large scale business segment who can benefit from our virtual assistant services.

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound cold calls to prospects to introduce our services, build relationships, and qualify leads.

Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for our sales team with qualified leads to further discuss our services.

Consultative Selling: Understand the needs and pain points of prospects, and effectively communicate how our virtual assistant services can address those needs.

Contract Negotiation and Closing: Lead the negotiation process, prepare proposals, and finalize contracts to secure new business.

Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM system, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with our virtual assistants and sales team to ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new clients.

Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:


Proven experience as a Business/Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B environment.
Strong cold calling, prospecting, and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and handle objections effectively.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and proficiency in MS Office.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
