The Service Assistant
is responsible in assisting the Relationship Managers to generate volume and income from remittances emanating from Tie-up companies by facilitating the trading of FX volume with Treasury.
Other Responsibilities
- Facilitates Tie-up Companies requirements in trading the FX funds with Treasury and ensures the implementation of the conversion to their settlement accounts for the processing of remittance transactions.
- Provides and encodes in the system the rate quotes to Tie-up Companies for the processing of remittance transactions.
- Prepares and consolidates FX gain report of the traded transactions for the monthly financial performance report.
- Assists and coordinates with Relationship Managers and Tie-up companies the submission of the documentation requirements to complete the Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) procedure on initial accreditation and annual evaluation.
- Acts as liaison between the Tie-up Companies and other units of the bank to answer the queries and concerns related to remittance transactions.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4 year Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably related to Business, Banking or Finance
- Preferably with knowledge and experience in banking processes in loans and customer service
- Adept in the needed MS Office systems, good interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication skills, service oriented
- Must be willing to be assigned in Makati
