JOB TITLE: Relationship Officer_
This is a full-time hybrid role, implying that the role is located in Taguig but applicant must be amenable to do fieldworks.
- Relationship Officers will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our affiliate partners. Relationship Officers will contribute to the performance of our affiliate program, identify and recruit new affiliates, negotiate contracts, and develop sales/recruitment strategies.
- Relationship Officers shall be given their respective assignments focusing on the following markets:
- Life Insurance Agents
- Responsibilities:
Responsible for recruiting affiliates/partners, communicating with and building merchant and affiliate relationships, program management, strategic planning and optimizing performance to increase affiliate-generated revenue, analyzing data and results, etc.
Works together with Affiliate Unit Manger in developing and implementing affiliate marketing programs, managing relationships with affiliates, tracking and analyzing campaign performance, and providing support and guidance to affiliates.
Monitor and report on sales activities and provide relevant management information.
Helps the Affiliate Team in managing incoming sales which includes coordination on payments and policy issuance.
Supports in delivering consistent performance of affiliates on sales and onboarding
Going out and meeting potential affiliates, institutions or agencies and represent the company and its affiliates in a professional and convincing manner.
Bachelor's degree in any field
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, and do field works
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month

Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
* 13th month salary
