Job Summary
- Services, grows and further deepens existing as well as new accounts / relationships of high net worth individuals that may be referred, assigned, transferred, or delegated to them.
How will you contribute
- Solicits new accounts and develops/deepens existing accounts in order to generate and meet targeted sales volume or assets under management (AUM) and revenues/income for the bank. Strives to capture a bigger share of clients wallet in order to maximize opportunities and maintain a more profitable relationship with clients.
- Develops and maintains a good network of prospective clients and referrals and systematically plans and schedules calls/visits. Conducts regular client calls and visits to identify clients investment needs and service requirements and to also explore other opportunities for growth. Establishes clients investment needs profile, anticipates clients needs and creates opportunities to sell more products and services.
- Ensures proper, complete and regular up-to-date client information as required in account opening documents, risk profile, and other transaction documentations. Ensures that all bank and government regulations, ie BSP, are followed including Know Your Client (KYC) and AMLA.
- Conducts sales coaching session for Relationship Associate/s (RA's) to ensure that RA's are equipped to market products.
- Provides efficient and professional account/relationship management and financial advisory services to ensure/encourage clients loyalty and continued patronage. Ensures provision of excellent customer service through accurate and timely servicing of accounts. Regularly and proactively recommends products and services deemed appropriate to the clients investment needs and risk profile and are mutually beneficial to the clients and the bank as well. Continuously provides updates on financial market developments and opportunities like foreign currency fluctuations, bond and stock markets, etc., to help clients make informed investment and business decisions. Assists and liaises for WM clients in coordinating with other groups within the Bank as well as with other YGC companies and affiliates.
