JOB DESCRIPTION:- Primary contact for member/participating institutions with the main goal of providing these institutions with an overall positive relationship
Responsible for ensuring that the member/participating institutions understand the role, products, and services as well as applicable policies and procedures- Coordinates with the member/participating institutions to enable them in any, if not all, of the services they are eligible to avail of
Coordinates with different departments and partners to address the member/participating institutions concerns and requests in the shortest possible time.
College Graduate
- At least 2 years relationship management experience or equivalent work experience
Strong interpersonal skills/ rapport builder- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and efficient
Project management skills
PROJECT BASED EMPLOYMENT- AMENABLE TO WORK FULL ONSITE IN MAKATI
