Job Description: - Involved in Sales and Aftersales in Region 7 & 8
- Responsible on the increase of subscriber base, revenue and customer retention of Region 7 & 8 under Private & Government Entity.
- Task List:
- Collect payments in cash or check and record online payments.
- Issue official receipt to the customer.
- Encode payments to the infosystem
- Ensure to tally the cash and check to daily collection report
- Generate Daily/Monthly Collection Report
- Prepare Deposit Slips and all collection within the day must be deposited the next day to the bank.
- Assist customer complaints like billing concerns and outstanding balances. Guide them and provide relevant information
- In-charge for monitoring and request payment for utilities, rent, OLT, PO for Gasoline etc.
- In-charge for Petty Cash Fund and Revolving Fund10.. Verify outstanding balance of the client and request for temporary disconnection.11. In-charge for admin concern i.e permits, BIR visits
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder; Graduate of any business and marketing course
- Experience in Sales & Marketing
- Sales/Marketing experience in Telco, Medical representative, and Bank industry is an advantage

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
