Job Summary:

A Relationship Manager will originate, develop, review and manage loan portfolio relationships. You will cross-sell appropriate bank products and services across target segments to help achieve the Bank's objectives in terms of growth, profitability and client satisfaction.

Job Summary:

• You will package credit facilities suitable for the clients needs and prepare corresponding credit proposals.
• Regularly monitor clients portfolio to ensure credit quality.
• Conduct client calls and plant visits.
• Ensure proper documentation of all loan accounts.
• Supervise the Account Coordinators to ensure timely and proper booking of transactions and adherence to bank and regulatory policies.

• Build strong relationships with customers and business clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Relationship Manager in the banking or financial services industry
• Experience in handling corporate clients
• Strong background in credit evaluation and financial analysis
• Good communication skills and confident in talking to senior clients and internal partners
• Strong analytical skills
