Job Description:_A Relationship Manager_ is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, communicating with the customers and providing information when needed. Maintain strong relationships with customers. You will communicate with our clients in a professional and courteous manner, as well as resolving customer issues and complaints.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing relationships with customers
Conducting customer interviews
- Identifying and communicating customer needs
Ensuring customer satisfaction- Resolving customer issues and concerns
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base
With at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and organization skills- Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work well with a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office Applications
